Yesterday we headed south to Mandurah with Sophie, Dave and their lovely friends from England, Jack and Beth. We had the pleasure of meeting Jack and Beth last year when we were in England for Sophie and Dave's wedding and it extra special to see then in Perth to spend some time with their friends! Jack managed to surprise Sophie who didn't know that he was coming with Beth - how David managed to keep it a secret for so long amazes us both!
The weather for the Dolphin Cruise was lovely and we were lucky enough to spot a number of dolphins and their very young (about 3 weeks) calves. We are not sure what was more delightful, watching the dolphins or the faces of Beth, Jack and Sophie! After the cruise we had some lunch at the Brighton Hotel and then drove along the coast to Point Peron and Rockingham. It was a wonderfully relaxing day that was enjoyed by all.
